Ikram Akbar


Ikram Akbar is the founder and CEO of HackersJack, a platform that provides interactive and in-depth cyber security training to kids. HackersJack provides a complete solution to the cyber well-being of kids.

He particularly takes pride in successfully building and directing highly skilled teams in designing and implementing integrated solutions across diverse enterprises.

Ikram is a graduate in Mathematics, Statistics, Computing, and Cyber Security and keen on learning and employing cutting-edge technologies to achieve business objectives and create a competitive edge. He is very passionate about the scope of startups in the education technology landscape. Driven by a hunger for knowledge, he has a special interest in Blockchain technology.

Michelle Harris


Michelle Harris has been a practising registered psychologist since 1993, specialising in treating eating disorders, weight loss, depression and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). She has been actively involved in the Eating Disorders Foundation of Victoria (EDFV), and was the president of the EDFV. In addition, Michelle specialises in treating survivors of sexual abuse and treating people coping with cancer. Her other specialist areas include post-natal depression, dealing with the process of IVF, anxiety and phobias, sports performance, pain management, anxiety, Misophonia and bullying.

Michelle uses client centred/solutions-oriented focus. She works with a systemic approach looking at all factors within a person's life that they can alter to provide themselves with a better outcome.

Dr. Felicity McFarlane


Dr. McFarlane has worked in both infant, child and adolescent and adult settings. Dr. McFarlane began her career at St Vincent’s Hospital Acute Adult Inpatient Unit. Since that time, she has worked as a Clinical Child and Adolescent Psychologist at the Austin Hospital Child & Adolescent Mental Health Service and The Alfred Child & Adolescent Mental Health Service (including the Alfred Infant Team). She has also worked as a Senior Clinical Psychologist at the Monash Medical Centre for the Consultation and Liaison Psychiatry Team in paediatrics.

Dr. McFarlane has a special interest in anxiety and developmental trauma as well as post-traumatic stress disorder, attachment focused parenting across childhood and adolescence. She also has a special interest in working with infants.

Leigh Nesbitt

Head of School Engagement - Australia

Leigh Nesbitt is the head of school engagement for HackersJack, an interactive training platform dedicated to providing the keys to our future generation's online safety.

With more than 15 years of marketing and engagement experience, he has trained and mentored many successful teams. Growing their sales volume, Improving Sales Gross and exceeding Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) against Manufacturer's targets.

Resourceful, energetic 'hands on' team leader, who communicates effectively with colleagues to strengthen group performance, improve CSI, and achieve budget targets.

Bilal Khalid

Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Bilal Khalid is a full-stack developer with 10+ years of experience in the complete lifecycle of project/product development. He brings wide-ranging technological expertise and experience in software development to the team. He has significant experience heading teams specialized in both front and back-end engineering.

Constantly striving to learn new skills, he is passionate about working hand in hand with developers and users to produce requirements and specifications that accurately reflect business needs and are technologically achievable. He has a keen eye for opportunities to improve processes to deliver projects in time.

Noorhimli (Himli) Ali

Head of School Engagement- Singapore

Adaptable professional with 27 years of experience and a proven track record in Leadership, Management, Consultative & Strategic Sales, Training, Coaching as well as technical knowledge in Cybersecurity Tools and Techniques. Aiming to leverage his skills to successfully add positive impact to society in the field of Cybersecurity.

Noorhimli graduated from University of Salford, UK in BSc (Hons) in Information Technology in 1993, and has 15 years MNCs regional experience in Training, Pre-Sales Mgt and Services Sales in Telecommunication Industry. He has won many International and Regional awards for excellent performance.
