Lynn Warneke

Lynn Warneke has had an extensive executive career across public, not-for-profit and private sectors, in business, technology and consulting roles for a wide range of organisations, from start-up through to major commercial enterprise.

She has previously established her own consultancies specialising in information management policy and compliance, business strategy, and digital transformation.

Her diverse industry experience and network encompasses professional services, publishing, aged care & social services, government and education.

Chris Cullin

Chris is an executive, Board Member, and advisor with deep global experience in technology, digital transformation, and cyber security.

Chris has held various senior roles with Cisco US, Microsoft US, Telstra and NBN and is a currently a Board member for Mambourin Enterprises, a Risk & Audit Committee member for Mambourin and Milestones Education, and an advisor to Findas Pty Ltd.

He is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a Fellow member of the Governance Institute of Australia.

Dr Neil Wong

Neil Wong has over 20 years of government and regulatory experience in communications, media, transport and sustainability at the state and national levels. He has a passion for helping people and organisations make better decisions, deliver improved business performance and create greater results.

His areas of expertise include strategy and policy development, research and analysis, strategic insights, program evaluations and reviews, public policy and regulation, facilitation, engagement, and regulatory frameworks and change.

Ross Pearson

Ross Pearson, founder of BARD AI, excels in project management and has over a decade of experience delivering large scale and highly technical solutions. Ross, a digital transformation manager by trade, founded BARD AI along with Ann. Ross is passionate about AI and applying it to real world problems.

Prior to entrepreneurship, Ross has led digital supply chain transformations within the telecommunications and mining industries. As a delivery specialist, Ross ensures that large projects and transformation implementations are realized. Ross is also currently undertaking a PhD in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence at Monash University.
